The 2. 1 Day Fix is a program that focuses on healthy eating and portion control. You get 7 containers that are color coded based on the type of food you'll be eating.
The Red container is for proteins (lean ground beef, turkey, eggs, yogurt, tofu, etc.). The Yellow container is for healthy carbs (sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, oatmeal, etc.). The Green container is for vegetables such as lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, peppers, etc.
